This is not one of my usual topics to blog about here, but it’s related in a number of ways (to design, authorship, and education) so I’m using this space to share my opinions and ask some questions.

The Canadian government has just tabled a new bill which would revise the Copyright Act. I’m actually reading the darn thing – the full legalese, not just the Coles Notes version they’ve provided online.
